Call for Paper

Technical Program and Scope

The In-Person Conference of APSAR 2023 will consist of several technical sessions to provide the program with breadth and depth through plenary talks, tutorials, oral presentations, and exhibitions, along with some unique technical sessions. Contributions are encouraged from but are not limited to, the following topics. Please use the EDAS Link to submit your paper.

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion to the IEEE Xplore® digital library, which is submitted for indexed by SCOPUS, EI Compendex and other major databases.
Also, after further revision of those accepted papers, could be submitted to the Special Issue on "APSAR2023" of IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing (JSTARS).
In case a paper is not presented at the conference, it shall be deemed a “No-Show.” No-show papers will not be included for submission to the IEEE Xplore® digital library following the IEEE No-Show Policy.
